Brian came into my life when he was 23 years of age and I was nineteen, as we served in the RAF, in Malaya. His concern for the welfare of others, his mature outlook on life and advice earned my respect as he encouraged me to aim high, to study and work to realise my dreams, advice that has never failed me and that I continue to hold true.
